A novel four week program that builds forgivenes, releases stress and tension and utilizes both breath and laughter. Getting caught up in what we want to release, we forget what we often want to increase. This program will appreciate the emotions and remind us of our greater possiblities, freedom and potential in the value of what forgiveness brings. When we can reach the great exhalation of laughter with our abilitiy to forgive as a goal and as a tool to assist us going forward, we can realize much more about our capabilities and strength.
Forgiveness Laughter is a way that utilizes our whole being to learn the giving/receiving princliples in the forgiving and living of life in a way that appreciates the greater abilities of the human condition.
